New construction of a 15,970 s.f. non-profit hub on North Depot Street in Owego, New York.  The facility will provide conference rooms, large training room, and affordable rental space to non-profit organization.  The facility will also serve as a community emergency shelter with temporary accommodations for 150 displaced residents.
