Grant start-up and award review, including terms, conditions, and compliance requirements

Review and tracking of eligible costs to ensure compliance with grant guidelines

Documentation management and audit-ready recordkeeping throughout the grant lifecycle

Monitoring of grant amendments, modifications, and regulatory updates

Preparation and submission of reimbursement requests and payment applications

Support with required reporting, including progress, performance, and financial reports

Closeout support, including final reporting and confirmation of grant compliance

Development of grant tracking tools and matrices to monitor milestones, deadlines, and deliverables

Assistance with project scope, schedule, and budget alignment to meet grant requirements

Multi-grant coordination across local, state, and federal funding sources

Monitor contract-specific MWBE participation percentages against required goals

Confirm MWBE scopes are commercially useful and properly contracted

Manage awarded scopes, values, and timing per the approved MWBE Utilization Plan
