The new residence for the Mother Divine Program of North America will include 48 suites, a large meditation hall, lecture hall, and dining room. The project is being designed according to the ancient system of building in harmony with nature for health and happiness: Maharishi Vastu Architecture.

The design also incorporates principles of the International Passive House Standard, and non-toxic building materials recommended by the Bau Biologie Consultant.
