“It was a pleasure to work with Sara Hayes, Hayes Strategy, on the Tompkins Center for History and Culture. It was a complex project with numerous contractors, stakeholders, and not-for-profits in the mix. This project involved renovating an older building to a new use, multiple funding streams (including NYS funding reporting requirements) and a tight budget. At the time, I was the Executive Director of The History Center in Tompkins County and we were tasked with overseeing the project and I can honestly say I would have been lost without Sara’s guidance, professionalism, and firm approach with all the players. The project stayed on budget, despite numerous “surprises,” and had a very successful outcome.”
