“In 2017 I saw an opportunity and founded Hayes Strategy to advise organizations as they pursued capital projects designed to increase their organizational capacity and improve the quality of life for the communities they serve.

I am honored to be a part of these projects and am passionate about making sure they are completed successfully to meet the expectations of the organization and stakeholders.”
