CLOSEOUT

The purpose of the closeout phase is to conclude all facets of the project to the satisfaction of upper management through comprehensive planning, ensuring project completion proceeds in a clear manner.

Project Closeout

Hayes Strategy monitors all elements of the project closely throughout the whole project lifecycle with the goal of ending the project in a way that reflects favorably upon the team, the team leader and the organization.

The practice of project close-out finalizes all project activities completed across all phases of the project to formally close the project and transfer the completed project as appropriate. The purpose of project closeout is to assess the project, ensure completion, and derive any lessons learned and best practices to be applied to future projects.
